Ship the product back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is on account of a defective/damaged product.

4.3 Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. In case of returns due to our error or a defective/damaged product, we will refund the return shipping costs as well.
